1. Who we are
Eruvia (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI-literacy training and assessment services and is operated by Missing Link Group in Muscat, Oman. For the purposes of Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), Eruvia is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at info@eruvia.ai.
2. Scope
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our services — in particular the AI Readiness Check (our assessment) and discovery-call bookings — how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
3. What personal data we collect
- AI Readiness Check: your name, your department, your job role (optional), and your responses and resulting scores across the five assessment domains.
- Discovery-call bookings: when you book a call through our scheduling tool, your name, email address and any details you provide.
- Direct contact: if you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive personal data, and the assessment is not directed at children.
4. How we use your data
- To generate your individual AI-literacy result and recommendations.
- To produce an aggregated AI-literacy report for your organisation.
- To schedule and hold discovery calls, and to respond to your enquiries.
- To deliver, administer and improve our training services.
5. Legal basis and consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give before submitting the assessment, and, where relevant, to perform a service you have requested. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, without affecting processing already carried out.
6. Who your data is shared with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these limited ways:
- With your organisation. If you take the assessment as an employee, your result is recorded for your organisation, and your manager or programme administrator can see your result and your organisation’s overall report. Please complete the assessment with this in mind.
- With service providers. We use Google Workspace services (such as Google Sheets and Google Calendar) to host the assessment, store results and manage bookings. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
- Where required by law. If we are legally obliged to disclose data, we will do so.
7. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored within our Google Workspace environment, with access restricted to authorised Eruvia personnel and your organisation’s designated administrators. Because we use Google’s services, your data may be processed or stored on servers located outside Oman. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely and in line with applicable data-protection requirements.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — typically for the duration of your organisation’s engagement with us — after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see your rights below).
9. How we protect it
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, including restricting access to those who need it and relying on the security controls of our service providers.
10. Your rights
Under Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data;
- withdraw consent to processing;
- object to or restrict certain processing.

11. Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Some embedded or linked services we rely on — such as the Google Calendar booking tool and the Google-hosted assessment — may set their own cookies and are governed by Google’s privacy policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
