Yes. The diagnostic and its company report are free, for one department, with no commitment. It's how we show you exactly where your team stands before you decide anything.
How do you decide which level each person needs?
The free diagnostic scores each person across five competencies and recommends a starting level. Most cohorts end up spread across levels — we quote the exact mix so you're never paying for more than people need.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Per-seat pricing reduces with scale, with discounts from 100 seats and custom pricing for large, organisation-wide rollouts. We confirm the figure in your proposal.
How do we pay?
Through a standard proposal and quotation, then LPO and invoice, in OMR. Training is delivered by Missing Link Group, Oman. VAT is applied as required.
Can the content be tailored to our organisation?
The Foundations curriculum is role-agnostic and works as-is. Sector-specific and role-based tracks that map to your own tools and policies are available — talk to us in the discovery call.
